- Why do I have to register to view product information and
pricing?
Because Decorize, Inc. sells only to
retailers within the home furnishings industry, we do not allow
individuals outside the trade to see our pricing.
- Once I've placed my order, how long will I have to wait for
my products?
Because we ship directly
from overseas, ship times on orders vary from between 60 to 120 days.
Products are shipped directly from the Far East to you. In order to
keep our costs down, we do not warehouse product within the United
States.
- Who sells Decorize product in my area?
Decorize, Inc. dealers can be found using
our dealer locator. If you would
like for a local decorator to order some Decorize product for you,
tell them about our site and our products.
- How can I get a User ID and Password for Decorize.com?
Registration
is required for anyone who wants to view our products and pricing.
Registration is quick; all you need is an e-mail address, a real
address, and three trade references. After registering, your
information will be reviewed for approval.
- Once I've registered, how long will it be before I can log on
to Decorize.com?
We try to accept or reject users within
24 to 48 hours of registration. Only retailers and decorators are
usually allowed access to the site; we do not allow the general
public to see our products and pricing.
- What if one of my items arrives damaged?
If the damage is visible, note the
damage on the delivery driver's paperwork. If you do not find
the damage until after you've opened up your item, call us at
877-NOW-DECO and our customer service representatives will work
with you to find a solution.
Cancellations--
All orders are subject to acceptance by
Decorize, Inc. and may not be cancelled once production has begun.
All backorders will be shipped as ready unless cancelled in writing
prior to production.
Registration and E-mail Mailing ListYou can register
with Decorize.com at any time by going to the
Register page. After registering, we will e-mail you a
confirmation. You will then be able to order from us and receive
personalized information when you come to our site.
Forgot Your Password?If you forgot your password, we
can e-mail it to you. Go to our Remember Password page and
enter your e-mail address. We will then e-mail you your
password. If you cannot remember your e-mail address, or your e-mail
address has changed, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives
toll-free at 1-877-NOW-DECO (669-3326) and they will assist you.
ShopLock Security and Privacy PolicyAt Decorize, Inc., we
understand how important it is to keep your privacy. When you
place orders or access your account information, all your
information is secured using secure socket layer (SSL) software and
is encrypted before it is even sent to us. We will use the
information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a
personalized experience.
Shipping InformationOur prices include freight to a
U.S. dock; freight within the U.S. will be invoiced separately. At
this time we only ship merchandise to the continental U.S. (we
currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or to other countries).
If your business is outside of the continental U.S. please contact
customer service, 1-877-NOW-DECO (669-3326), and we will try to
accommodate your order.
Items ordered through Decorize, Inc. are shipped via FedEx. FedEx
requires a street address. P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. boxes and rural routes
are not accepted.
Due to the unique nature of our logistics model, items in an order
are shipped to you when they are ready and not as a single, complete
shipment. If you need an order shipped as a single shipment, please
call customer service at 1-877-NOW-DECO.
Product ReturnsDecorize, Inc. guarantees the quality of
items sold on our website. If upon receipt of your merchandise you
find that some items are damaged, we will gladly exchange it or
refund the full purchase price. To coordinate a return, you must
call customer service, 1-877-NOW-DECO (669-3326) to let us know what
items you are returning and the extent of the damage to them.
Please return all merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Decorize, Inc. will not accept returned items that are not damaged.
Damaged GoodsDecorize, Inc. stands behind the quality of
our product. If you should receive a damaged item, please contact
Customer Service at 877-NOW-DECO (877-669-3326) within 10 days to
report damages.
When signing for freight shipments, please check for freight
damages immediately. Inspect freight and document damages that may
have occured during transit on the driver's paperwork. Contact
Decorize at your earliest convenience to report the freight damage
so that Decorize can file a freight claim.
Credit Terms AvailableDecorize factors all Net 30
requests through GE Capital Services. To set up an account, please
contact Customer
Service. Pro forma terms are available. The order will be
entered upon receipt of your check or credit card number. (Visa,
MasterCard, and Diner's Club are accepted.)
Terms of Acceptance
- Payment terms are net 30 days with approved credit.
- A late charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be charged on
past due amounts.
- Order is subject to acceptance
by Decorize, Inc. and may not be cancelled once the item is in
production.
- All backorders will be shipped as ready unless cancelled in
writing prior to production.
- No contracts whether verbal or in writing will be honored
except those expressly issued by Decorize, Inc.
Order InformationWe only sell to businesses; we do not
sell to consumers. For orders made via phone, fax, or independent sales
representative, we have a minimum opening order amount of $500 and
a minimum repeat order amount of $250. Orders placed through our web site
have a minimum amount of $250.
