DECORIZE APPOINTS JOHN E. BAGALAY JR. TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND HIRES NEW GENERAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Decorize (Amex: DCZ - News), an emerging growth provider of direct sourcing solutions for the global home decor market, announced today that it had appointed Dr. John E. Bagalay, Jr. to its Board of Directors. The appointment expands the company's Board to seven members. Dr. Bagalay has held several senior positions and board seats in other publicly traded companies.

Dr. Bagalay is currently the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor of Boston University. He was formerly president and Chief Executive Officer and is currently a Director of Cytogen Corporation. He is also currently a Director of Wave Systems Corp.

The company also announced that it has appointed Steve Nurnberg as its General Operations Manager. Mr. Nurnberg was formerly the Executive Vice President-Operations with P&L responsibility at Americom Inc. (acquired by Solectron). Mr. Nurnberg has held other senior management positions as President and COO in public and private companies such as Hudson Valley DataNet, Bell Atlantic Mobile, and Superconducting Core Technologies, Inc.
