Decorize, Inc. to Commence Trading

Decorate, Inc. d/b/a Decorize, Inc. ("Decorize") and Guidelocator.com, Inc. (OTCBB: GDLC)
announced today that they have entered into a definitive Securities Exchange Agreement,
providing for the acquisition by Guidelocator.com, Inc. of all of the shares of Decorize for an
aggregate of 7,700,174 restricted common shares of Guidelocator.com, Inc. In connection with
the transaction, Guidelocator.com, Inc. changed its name to "Decorize, Inc.", changed its
corporate domicile to Delaware, and has elected new officers and directors.
Decorize currently has, on a fully diluted basis, 10,000,174 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding, of which 9,124,174 shares are restricted. Decorize will trade under its new symbol on July 5, 2001 (OTCBB: DCRZ). According to Jon Baker, Chief Executive Officer of Decorize, "The development of our business model calls for rapid growth, and the merger with Guidelocator was an important step in that development. Being public should allow us to raise additional capital and accelerate our acquisition plans." Using a business model that is a radical shift and breakthrough in the home furnishings industry, Decorize is the first company to allow small retailers to source the Far East for product on reorders as low as $250. In the past 11 months, Decorize has shipped over 30,000 products direct from the Far East to both large and small retailers. Decorize recently announced the acquisition of GuildMaster, Inc., a home furnishing manufacturer in Springfield, Missouri. The focus of Decorize continues to be premium home accessories, home accent furniture and selected larger furniture that can be ordered on-line, at market, or from a sales representative. Decorize has two divisions. The first focuses on offering retailers a large number of products on-line at a great value with primarily off-the-shelf goods, and the other operates as a premium branded home accents company delivering proprietary product to its customer base.
